| A westbound CP freight train is heading for Kansas City as they pass the west end of Cotter Siding in south-east Iowa. In little over 1 year away from this photo the sale of the CP lines to the Rail Link would take all this SOO/CP power off these lines for over 10 years, til CP bought back the IC&E lines in late 2000. |
