2013 in 2013. For the fourth year in a row, I was able to catch a locomotive that shares a number with the current year on my first day of railfanning in that year. This year, I caught Amtrak Acela power car 2013 passing through NJT's Elizabeth station on a crystal clear January 7. The previous three years, all courtesy of Amtrak's Acela numbering system: 2012, 2011 and 2010.
