This new 6-car EMU was stabled at ISAP Piraeus depot, a few 10th of meters before the end of the line at Piraeus port. During internal clearing procedures and for unknown reasons, the train starts to move without driver. First hits the buffer stop and breaking the wall of the depot, the train was out for a few meters on the main Piraeus avenue, just in front of the port, killing one and injure six other people. This was the first accident to ISAP to his almost 140 years of history.
