| The ABBB set of Cliffs Erie locomotives and 24 cars of chips and fines pokes their head out the west portal of Cramer Tunnel as they continue inland from Taconite Harbor back to CLiffs Erie property near Hoyt Lakes. This was a special run for these cars and engines as they were involved in the clean-up project of the former Erie/ LTV Steel ore dock on the shore of Lake Superior after the mine closed and product was not being shipped anymore. Today what's left of the dock, railroad and plant site sit idle. |
