High-speed passenger train Siemens Velaro RUS "Sapsan" runs from Saint Petersburg to Moscow near Zelenograd city. "Sapsan" (translate as "Peregrine Falcon" from russian language) started regular service on the Moscow – Saint Petersburg Railway in December 2009 at maximum speed of 250 km/h (155 mph). Before that, this line used another High-speed passenger train ER200 (130 mph), which was design and built in USSR in 1974. In near future a new build High-Speed Line would allow for speeds of up to 330 km/h/205 mph).
