With the December chill fresh in the air, the upper-50's weather forces all the Southern Californians indoors, leaving us hearty souls to brave the foul weather. Seen here behind the empty volleyball nets of Del Mar, the Surfliner junk set races along Fairgrounds. Eventually this embankment may hold a second main line and a special events station, helping ease the Fairgrounds horrible traffic.
