Vermont Railway's newest addition to the locomotive fleet, GP38-3 207, a former North Carolina Virgina (NCVA) unit that arrived in grey and red paint via CEFX, is now on the road and in service. The unit is posed at Rutland, Vermont after making its first trip as a lead locomotive on a revenue run for the VRS in this scheme and number.
