Remarks & Notes |
Southbound train 6 is pulling into the yard at Hawk Junction with a fairly long train lead by 6633 and 2252. The GP30 was uncommon in WC Canadian service as its lack of operable dynamic brakes limited its use on the rugged former ACR. Two units were fairly common on trains 5 & 6 north of Hawk as the trains were smaller and the terrain was not as bad as south of Hawk where trains often had 4-6 units. |
