After getting the loaded coal car closer to the rail the crews went to a shorter cable and then moved the dozers to the tail end and dragged it right up to the rail still using PanAm MEC 613 to pull the cars. Once there they picked up the front truck again and placed it on the rails rather quickly and then coupled to the car already on the rails and then brought the second truck to the rails to be put back on and after a couple of tries the car was safe again for now. You can see the snow still remains on the top of the coal with 2 days of snow before the nice sunny day. The speed limit through the entire area is 10 mph.
