Rio Grande's Elberta Turn climbs a short 1.1% grade through Keigley with a dozen grain empties for Provo Yard. D&RGW hopper cars are stored at Geneva Steel's dolomite strip mine in Genola. Within days this mine will be teeming with activity when Geneva reopens after a closure lasting more than a year.
