Nevada Northern Plow Extra. Nevada Northern's Rotary Plow Train returns to the East Ely Yard after a day-long mission to clear some drifts in Robinson Canyon on the Keystone Branch. The train seen here consists of the 1907-vintage Rotary B, with her hand-me-down tender from Locomotive 21. Powering the train is the 1909 Alco Consolidation #93, and bringing up the rear is Outfit Car #6, a converted combine purchased second-hand by the railroad, which dates back to 1872. The train is seen here passing the line's iconic coaling tower, which dominates the yard.
