| A final daylight - at least for the foreseeable future due to new nocturnal schedules in Vermont - New England Central train 324 heads south toward White River Junction as it crosses the White River in West Hartford, Vermont, with NECR SD40M-2s 2681 and 2716 leading GWI-family painted NECR GP40CU 3809 and NECR GP38 3850. The consist is a reverse who's who of the NECR schemes with the trailing two units heading south to Palmer, Massachusetts for assignment. |
