UP 7941 leads a 9,000 ton Manifest from Salina, Kansas to Denver, Colorado upgrade past the Riga, Kansas elevator. Riga is one of the cathedrals on the plains, featuring the UP, the elevator, and Old Highway 40...no houses, no town, just an elevator and an old UP siding.
