Mountain State Railroad and Logging Historical Association held it's 2013 Railfan Weekend May 17 through 19 at Cass Scenic RR State Park in Cass WV. They kicked off the 2013 Railfan Weekend by hosting a trip over the West Virginia Central from Cheat Bridge to High Falls. Here the F units work their way along the Shavers Fork. Within a few min. this photographer and many others will be soaking in a spring rain..
