| Today you have to get luck to take a picture of a so called "Knie-Zug". The "Knie" is the biggest national circus in Switzerland and he is still moving his material between two shows by rail to the new location. Unfortunately the distances are short and the two trains used for shipping the material running in the night. Rarely the second train is running in the very early morning hours like on this day, when the train was running from Neuchâtel to Langnau. Luckily as I was the wheater was perfect and also the loco was clean and one of the few with the new Cargo paint scheme. The second one (the early train which run in the night was pulled by a dirty red Re 6/6). |
