Remarks & Notes |
The "Ligne 4" was once the mainline between Paris and Mulhouse - a double track line with up to 160km/h speed, but never electrified. Nowadays it has lost many of its traffic to new TGV lines. Nevertheless there are still some fine intercity trains running on this famous line, pulled by the CC72100 diesel locos.
In Luzy-sur-Marne such a train is passing the lift bridge over the "Canal de la Marne à la Saône". |
