Sperry Rail Service detector car 137 takes a break from rail testing along Southern Pacific's Provo Subdivision mainline in the Salt Lake Valley. The car was built by St. Louis Car for the Soo Line in 1925. Sperry acquired it and converted it to a mobile test lab in December 1970. Car 137 features a CAT diesel motor, a full kitchen, and sleeping quarters for the crew.
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
