The Dover Harbor, a car owned and operated by the Washington DC chapter of the NRHS, brings up the markers. Date was approximate until one of the gentleman standing in the rear of the car contacted me to provide the exact date. It's a small world after all. He added that the car had just received a new paint job prior to this photo, and the 75th anniversary tail sign was worn by the car only in this year. Years later I would end up working with him when I managed the operation in a major terminal the car would visit frequently.
