A new GP20C-ECO, a Pac-Man GP38AC, and three more new GP20C-ECO units lead a transfer around Division under the downtown St. Paul skyline and Dayton's Bluff on a hot, humid but sunny morning. The engines are CP 2209, 3019, 2222, 2219, and 2203.
