Motor train #26 has just arrived from Carlsbad, New Mexico, and is rounding the east leg of the Clovis wye. Baldwin switcher 2253 is waiting to couple to the rear of chair-observation 3197 and will drag #26 to the west end of the yard and shove it east to the station. Motors M.190 and M.160 alternated on this run until the train was discontinued in August 1967. The M.190 is now on display in Belen, New Mexico. Note the iconic 40-box cars in the yard at right.
