Fresh off a coffee break, the two man crew uses this old DM&IR switcher for moving cars around at the bulk materials facility, Hallett Dock Co.. This switcher, retired by CN in 2006 and acquired by Hallett Dock Co. in 2007 was built in 1949 and came to the DM&IR from the EJ&E and it was originally an NW2 but upgraded before the EJ&E got it from the C&O. Today, Hallett uses it to spot cars for limestone loading and other bulk commodities at their facility in the shadows of the CN (formerly DM&IR) ore docks where the switcher worked originally.
