Prior to being contracted to operate the former Ann Arbor line by the State of Michigan, the Tuscola & Saginaw Bay was a small railroad that operated the local grain elevators in the thumb of Michigan and owned a small fleet of passenger cars, including a small wood sheathed caboose that the railroad had decorated in black and yellow. Here, RS-2 466 sits in Vassar, MI. with that caboose operating a small excursion. 35mm slide from my collection, photographer unknown.
