A shop worker for North Shore Railroad Company’s assortment of railroads renumbers HLCX 6303, which is becoming Lycoming Valley Railroad 3026. Built by EMD in February 1968 as Missouri Pacific SD40 729 (and later MP 3029, then PLM 3029, later rebuilt as an "SD40-2" by Morrison-Knudsen [as MKCX 9056], who then sold it to Helm Leasing), this new addition to the LVRR roster will soon be serving customers in central Pennsylvania.
