Remarks & Notes

The daily Waterloo, IA, to Sioux City, IA, local is in the siding at the west end of Marcus waiting for a Williams coal train coming east out of Sioux City. Today's train is pretty short due light traffic day. The countryside in western Iowa is very rolling as seen by the grades around Marcus.
