Remarks & Notes |
The last operational steam locomotive from the 424 series was greeted with a special journey on the occasion of its renewal. The steamer was equipped with special lights and traveled between the main railway stations of Budapest. In fact many railway enthusiasts did not like the lights and the plate with the name of a famous hungarian rock band (LGT) on it. (Unfortunately the plate was gray rather than black. Thanks for the comment and your work Bob, but I don't want to change this part selectively, although I admit that this is an overexposed part of the picture with the direct lights.) |
