CN A45131-08 (running as L45131-08) screams past Mile 145 of the CN Newmarket Sub with traffic for Ontario Northland in North Bay, including a dimensional load a few cars back, that being a transformer for a hydro substation in Timmins which the ONR will deliver in a day or two. If you think this shot has a bit of "zoom-pan" feel to it, you're right. The train was approaching much faster than I had anticipated, and I'd just climbed the hill I stood on to take this shot a second before. With no time to adjust camera settings to compensate I had to resort to the zoom-pan method to ensure keeping the train sharp with the shutter set at 1/200th second.
