In the last minutes of the sunset, a westbound Gibson Yard, IL, to Mira Loma, CA, auto rack train screams west on the Marceline. UP at times will bring EMD power to the Transcon Main which is nice change of pace over the endless parade of BNSF GE's one see on this busy mainline. Pushing hard on the back of this train is UP 7465 in DP mode. The train is 80 miles west of Ft. Madison, IA, in north central Missouri.
