Remarks & Notes

The new "Voralpenexpress" (VAE) since change of timetable: Extended compositions with locomotives top and tail, so eliminating the expensive pusher service on the heavy grades of 5.0 % when additional cars had to be added. Former SBB Re 4/4 IV, now SOB Re 446 018 and 015, with VAE 2423 from Lucerne to St.Gallen near Altmatt.
