| Earlier on the last day of 1976 (see my previous post) Bodensee-Toggenburg Bahn BDe 4/4 motor coach No 52 pushes the 09.50 Romashorn to Arth Goldau train up the steep gradient from Biberbrugg. This was the predecessor of the superb Voralpen Express service which has just undergone a change in operation (see Georg Trueb's recent photos). |
