| A nearly new SD40-2 works the Mead Paper landing at Trout Lake with GP9 412. The Soo and later WC hauled a lot of pulp out of Trout Lake over the years to the Mead mill located in North Escanaba. The white Soo gons being set out were normally referred to as Mead gons even though they sometimes were used in other service. |
