| The 34.5 km (21.4 miles) double track Yamanote line in Tokyo follows a circular route around the city with 29 stations. This train has just left Hamamatsucho station and is running counter-clockwise or "inner circle" (uchi-mawari in Japanese), heading away from the photographer downgrade towards Shimbashi. |
