On the afternoon of January 13th 2014,Colas class66 loco 66847,working 4V30,a Ratcliffe Power Station to Portbury coal empties,became derailed entering the sidings at Gloucester New Yard.After 36 hours of rain,a short dry spell on the morning of January 16th enabled Network Rail engineers to attempt to jack the errant loco back onto the tracks.
