M338 has the brakes set as the Carmen work their outbound air test. Tonight's M338 will depart Waterloo with a wedge plow and 101 cars. Strong winds over 50 mph will make the run to Dubuque very difficult. This train would lose the head 2 units due to snow related problems around Manchester and stall out. Extra power would be sent out of Dubuque to rescue this train after the winds died down in the AM.
