| Three of the Rio Grande's 17 SD50s meet in Spanish Fork Canyon on Sept. 19, 1993. The 5514 (and SD40T-2 5387) are parked on the House Track, awaiting an eastbound train to shove to Soldier Summit while the 5503 and 5506 lead a 55 car Helper to Roper coal train. The 5514 helped the HPROC from Helper to Soldier Summit and 'leap frogged' the coal train down the hill to Castilla to clear up. |
