| Amtrak 600 has settled into a fairly reliable operating pattern on the Northeast Corridor between Washington, DC and New York's Penn Station for the last few weeks. For the moment, 600 has the honor of being the only ACS-64 in revenue service. That may change in the coming week as 601 is scheduled to enter service soon. A good deal of snow remains along the right of way in New Jersey even though the temperature rose into the mid 50s on this winter day. After weeks of harsh weather, it felt like a warm spring day! |
