| Spooner was once a major crossroads for the Omaha (C&NW) in northwestern Wisconsin with four lines radiating out of the general area. Now the town is served by tourist railroad Wisconsin Great Northern via a single line from a CN connection at Hayward Junction. The large former Omaha depot is a nice railroad memorabilia museum. |
