Blue on blue Two Cimarron Valley Railroad EMD GP30s sit outside the railroad’s three-stall engine shop at Satanta, Kansas, on the morning of March 1, 2000. At the time, the CVR locomotive roster was all colorful blue GP30s, including these two former Rio Grande locomotives still in their same road numbers.
