| Amtrak's 311, The Missouri River Runner, is led by Phase III 406 and Amtrak's Exhibit Train. 311 has just finished its station stop at Independence and is finishing the last leg into Kansas City where it terminates, but the Exhibit Train will continue on to Topeka the following morning for display. |
