The GP35's were never a real popular unit on CPR. After C-C power started arriving they quickly were lost in huge amounts of SD40/SD40-2's and even big M-Liner's. They tended to stay in secondary service in later years. This is 5017 at Medicine Hat in a shot from my collection. No photographer listed on slide.
