Remarks & Notes

A former Deutsche Reichsbahn pre-war design 1-Do-1 express electric loco of Baureihe E18, later DB 118, approaches Aschaffenburg with an extra train from Frankfurt to Dortmund. The design dated from 1935 with 53, Nos E18 01-53 built up to 1940 with a further 8, Nos E18 201-08, for use in Austria in 1940.
