| Hopper train E511-03 holds at Thurmond to meet a work train after checking out a defect on their 150th car. The detector east of Thurmond caught them, so knowing the territory, I highballed to a CSX access road and drove the conductor 100 cars back and 150 cars forward, saving the crew and dispatcher about an hour of dead time. |
