Norfolk Southern train 38Q crosses the south fork of the Holston River at Bluff City, Tennessee, on the morning of May 13, 2014. Powering the train is a mixed consist of EMD SD60I No. 6757, GE C44-9 No. 8880, GE C44-9W No. 8909 and EMD GP38-2 No. 5124.
