Sometimes, CSX decides to throw railfans a bone, and on June 8th 2014, CSX did just that. CSX ran an empty oil train north on the CSX Trenton Line (Symboled K041) with a Warbonnet leading a KCS "Belle" unit. Recently, the majority of empty oil trains that run into Philadelphia have been running south from Philly, in order to allievate traffic in New York.
This train was well documented and tracked by New Jersey railfans, as it ran south through New Jersey in daylight on Saturday and back north in daylight on Sunday.
