| In 635 seconds the headlights of BNSF 7100 north illuminate the path of the Mojave Subdivision between the west portal of Tunnel 1, around the Caliente horseshoe, and into 'downtown' Caliente. Having reached Caliente this westbound stack train now faces the twisting confines of the Caliente creek narrows before a easier gradient into Bakersfield is at hand. |
