The Trail Turn (CP H54) comes off the Bemidji subdivision onto the siding along the Detroit Lakes subdivision at Plummer. The Bemidji subdivision, or Plummer Line, is a 10 mph spur stretching from this point east to Gully via Oklee and Trail. This train strictly operates in the summer time as needed, but typically runs to the Strata Corporation pit in Trail, Minnesota about three times a week in order to bring gravel for interchanging with the Northern Plains Railroad at Thief River Falls.
