Remarks & Notes |
Train 1001 operates from Hoboken to Dover via the Montclair-Boonton Line. Upon arrival in Dover the crew takes the train set to Port Morris Yard to turn on train 660. The dead-head 1001 is passing the site of the former Thatcher Glass Plant in Wharton, as it approaches the former CNJ D&R Branch overpass. The tracks are now gone from this overpass, as it is now a walking path. The bridge makes for nice afternoon westbound shots of NJ Transit beneath. |
