| The new meets the old, a new-ish SD70ACe (8/2012)pulls oil tank cars on a new-ish cross-country operation (here, empties return west as CSX K055-04) past the very old-ish :) Point of Rocks station. This summer solstice view gets some nearing-sunset light on the north face of the station and the engineer's side of the train. This would be the last train through Point of Rocks that evening as the Harpers Ferry curfew kicked in for that night, although one more train got through after departing from the yard in Brunswick. |
