Nearing the end of it's trip from Waterville, Guilford's MD-1 was within minutes of the mill in Madison, Maine on the first day of June 2008. Still in Norridgewock and about to cross Father Rasle Road, it wasn't difficult to see the light rail doing its own thing under the power. Today in 2014, the geeps are all but gone and the Madison Branch itself is out of service. Our group from that day still talks about how glad we were to be there.
