| BNSF 8242 leads a manifest consisting mostly of Canadian forest products south along the shore of Puget Sound at Steilcoom, just south of Tacoma, WA. This line sees plenty of traffic from BNSF, UP and Amtrak. Future plans will re-route Amtrak away from this waterfront line which is the most scenic part of the Seattle/Portland train ride. |
