| Wisconsin & Southern's Saturday morning job to the Elkhorn branch accelerates out of Avalon after switching the local grain elevator behind a pair of non-dynamic brake SD40-2s of MP heritage. After days of clouds, seeing the sun on a fine September morning was a welcome reprieve. |
